Так это ж вранье. По крайней мере все, что касается Греции и Рима. Думаю, что остальное - в той же степени вранье.
С Кодексом Феодосия - это игра словами. Он не запрещал гомосексуальные браки (поскольку их и быть не могло), а вводил смертную казнь за имитацию такого брака - от свадьбы до фактического сожительства.

Ты бы хоть книжку какую умную на эту тему прочитал, "Жизнь двенадцати цезарей", например. Там Нерон выходил замуж, переодевшись женщиной. И никто бы не признавал такие браки.
А уж про Грецию - с ее налогом на бездетных и холостяков я вообще молчу.
